In 1974 my mother (Mrs. G.) started a tradition here in the valley at this very location. I started working with her at this old familiar spot and later went on becoming supervisor of her growing business. When mom sold her successful chain, I ventured into another line of work, but after being away from the food industry for 6 years I realized that food services was in my blood. It is my goal to start a new tradition by following the lessons taught to me by my mom & dad. Use only the best quality & freshest ingredients, cook as if you were cooking for your family, serve generous portions at a fair price, never serve food you wouldn't eat yourself & remember the customer is always right!!!
